Activity - Work Activities Model
The activity rank chart on the Activity – Ratios page shows the ranking of the activity in hours and the ranking of the activities' importance.
Purpose
This model gives you further abilities to see similarities and differences in the activity's importance and time spent. It can be a change driver when the activities are not aligned with the vision of the organization. It also identifies individual group needs. For example, when a specific group is analyzing or testing a lot they can have special needs.

The Axes
Horizontal (value) axis: shows the number of hours or the percentage of total time for each activity
Vertical (categorical) axis: shows the activities
Categories
Each bar in the chart represents one of the key activities.
TIP: Hovering over a bar lights up the corresponding activity in the Work Dynamic chart on the left.
Series (Colors)
The blue hues, are the activities that the respondents valued higher in importance. The brown hues, are the activities that the respondents valued, on average, less important when prioritizing the relative importance of the key activities.
The dark blue hues are valued most important. The dark brown hues are valued least important.
