The Human Capital Model shows the ratio of the amount of work done in each quadrant of the Work Dynamic Model in a bar chart.

Purpose
This model shows condensed information about the Work Dynamic Model. It makes it easier to compare multiple groups and notice similarities and differences.
The Axes
Horizontal axis: The value axis, shows the average percentage for each category.
Vertical axis: The category axis, shows either the four quadrants or the four work modes, depending on the page setting.

The Human Capital Model shows the ratio of the amount of work in the Work Dynamic quadrants. The hours of activities are summed depending on where in the chart the average center lies and divided by the total amount of activity-hours. The chart can also be configured to display the ratio between the activities in each Work Mode category.
