Purpose of the Assessment

Your employer has engaged Reworc (Work & People Analytics B.V.) directly or indirectly to analyze how work happens in your organization. Our goal is to help create a more effective, satisfying work environment by identifying patterns and making data‑driven recommendations. This assessment focuses on aggregated insights—not on individual performance.

1. What Data We Process and Why

  • Contact details: If the assessment is distributed via email, we receive your first name and email address from your employer. We use these to communicate with you.
  • Employer Records:

If the assessment is distributed by mail, we receive your FTE ratio and some demographic information, such as department, function family, and age group. This information accelerates the assessment by eliminating questions about known details.

If the distribution is via an open link, such information is collected through questions near the end of the digital interview.

  • Your Responses: During the digital interview, you may be asked about collaboration practices, task complexity, satisfaction, and aspects of organizational culture. We do not ask about health, stress, or other sensitive personal matters.

Why: Combining these data sets enables us to map work relationships and identify areas for improvement.

2. How We Protect Your Privacy

a. Pseudonymization After Collection

  • If your email is known, when we receive your responses, Reworc’s system links them to a unique code (a one‑way hash of your email).
  • This allows automated reminders for non‑respondents without exposing your identity.

b. Anonymization During Analysis

  • Once data collection ends, we remove all direct identifiers (names and original emails).
  • Only group‑level identifiers (e.g., by division, job grade, age group, or team) are retained.
  • Subgroups smaller than 15 people or with less than 20% response rate are suppressed to prevent indirect identification.

c. Data Security and Retention

  • Your raw and coded data are stored securely throughout your organization’s subscription (“license”) to the Reworc platform.
  • After the subscription ends, we fully anonymize the data—removing all direct identifiers and anonymizing quasi identifiers—while retaining proprietary Reworc data to improve our service.
  • We implement industry‑standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your privacy at every stage.

3. Your Participation Is Voluntary and Confidential

  • Voluntary: Participation is entirely optional and carries no positive or negative consequences from your employer. You decide if and when to engage.
  • Confidential: Your employer only sees the total number of responses, never who participated or what individuals said.

Tip: A higher participation rate yields richer insights—so please consider joining in!

4. Your Rights Under GDPR

While data are still linked (pseudonymized), you may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct any mistakes.
  • Request deletion of your responses before complete anonymization.

To exercise these rights, email us from your work address at support@reworc.com. We will respond within one working week.

After anonymization, data cannot be traced back to you, and individual modifications are no longer possible—but the aggregated insights persist to inform future improvements.
