How to upload your People&Attribute file
Before the start of the digital interview, it is required to collect the People & Attribute data. For more information on how to populate the People&Attribute File, read here. For more information on the WorkNavigator Manager and it's structure and terminology, read here.
Once all People & Attribute data is collected and compiled in the People & Attribute file you are able to upload the file, safely and secure, directly into the Reworc platform by using the WorkNavigator Manager.
Creating the population first
- To go to the WorkNavigator Manager, you use the top right User Account button (showing your initials) to open the Account menu.
- From the account menu, you select "WorkNavigator Manager". Please make sure you are within the WorkNavigator application in order to see this menu option.
- In the WorkNavigator Manager click "Team/Clients" first. In the dropdown on your right you will see the Clients that you have access to.
- Please note: Should the population need it's own client, that does not exist in the platform yet, make sure to create a new client here first. You can create a new client by clicking the "+" button at the top right. You will add a client by filling out the appropriate name and confirming with the "Create the client that will do the D.I." button.
- In case the client already exist in the platform you can create a new Client D.I. as follows. Click "Clients/Digital Interviews" first. Choose in the dropdown the correct client to confirm. In the view page below the dropdown, you can directly see the existing populations that have done a D.I.
- Create a new population by clicking "+" button at the top right.
- Fill out the form fields with the correct name and description. In the "Manager" dropdown, make sure to select yourself (or your Customer Success Manager) as you will be managing the population going forward. In the "Base D.I. on" field make sure to select WPA defaults.
- Confirm by using the "Create D.I." button.
You have now successfully created your new population and are able to upload the People & Attribute file.
Uploading the People&Attribute file
- First select the client for whom you want to upload the People&Attribute file in the "Client/Digital Interviews" dropdown.
- In the population overview below, click the correct population in the grey overview.
- In the view page click "open" within in the tab "People & Attributes".
- Click the "Upload Audience Data" button and select your XLS file to upload.
- If the file is filled out with the correct mandatory data, you will see a confirmation page, where you need to confirm, using the "process data" button. If the manager detects inconsistencies in the datafile, you will get error notices, explaining what you need to amend before you can upload the datafile again.
You have now successfully uploaded the People&Attribute file. Please make sure to notify your Customer Success Manager once successfully uploaded and he/she will make sure to update the test environment with the correct department/team information (e.g, Network Module) for you.
