Why are the response rates different on the pages in the WorkNavigator

Reworc imports the answers for each respondent into the interactive dashboard if they answered all the questions for a given module.

Therefore, modules with questions appearing earlier in the Digital Interview can have a higher response rate than modules with questions later in the Digital Interview (DI). Because only some people answer all questions, some modules have a higher response rate.

The overall response rate on the homepage of WorkNavigator is the average response rate of the main modules that were included (Activity, Network, Context).
