What is the difference between the response rate of the DI and the response rate in WorkNavigator?
You can rely on both numbers, however they mean different things.
In the Digital Interview a "respondent" is someone who answers at least one (single) question.
While the Digital Interview is open, all the people who have answered ALL questions, are automatically moved into WorkNavigator. Meaning that in WorkNavigator (when the Digital Interview is open) a "respondent" is someone who has answered ALL questions (the entire Digital Interview).
When the survey closes, Reworc imports the respondents who have completed parts of the Digital Interview (under the condition that they are complete modules) and adds them onto the "respondents" that have answered ALL questions.
In short: The response rate for the Digital Interview (and in the Activity Tracker) reflect the people that are participating. The response rate in the WorkNavigator Dashboard reflect the people who we have complete workprofiles on.
At the end the number of respondents in WorkNavigator will be slightly lower than the one reported in the Digital Interview (as not everybody who has started to answer a question will have completed the first module). Once the Digital Interview has closed and is not collecting data anymore, the number of respondents in WorkNavigator will be slightly higher than the one reported in WorkNavigator while it is collecting, because we add in all the partial responses after it closes. This process is done by Reworc in the data processing stage before the delivery of the WorkNavigator Dashboard.
Recommendation for our partners: Tell the customer that at least for 44% of the population has complete work profiles, and that that number may theoretically still rise to 54%.
