I added a person to the WorkNavigator but they don't see the population tile on the overview page?
You probably added the person as a Team User. Please note that having a Team User on the Reworc platform does not automatically give access to the contents of the Team's populations in the WorkNavigator Dashboard. Viewers, Editors and D.I. Managers can see the contents of the Population, however only D.I. Managers can invite users to a D.I./Population. Client Reps can only manage the meta-information from the entities they are a Client Rep for.
This allows larger organizations and partners to manage multiple organizations and populations without automatically sharing potentially sensitive material automatically with all administrators within the organization.
When you want to give someone access to a population, they need to be invited by the D.I Manager for that particular Population.
