Context Module

Understand what health & well-being means according to the definition of the workforce. “Health" and "Employee experience" are often termed as the new holy grail in workplace management. From plants, to clean air, movement, and healthy food are some of the many ingredients of providing a healthy work environment. The WorkNavigator Dashboard shows what matters most for the employees in the work environment. But without purpose and culture, it is easy to miss the key to unlock the real healthy potential of organizations.

Because attitudes towards the various aspects and the organizational culture form the context in which employees work, this module is called "Context".

What it shows

The Context module consists of two components; Environment and Culture.

  1. The Environment Support model shows the attitudes in the holistic employee experience. This contains not only tangible elements in the work environment but also values, policies, and procedures. It gives a clear indication of what matters most to the people and how satisfied people are with the constructs that matter most.
  2. The Culture model shows the competing values that together form the corporate culture. It displays the current and ideal future culture and the cultural alignment between them.

Why it matters

Prioritization and trade-offs in the environment section help to have a clear view of what matters most. It is also possible to identify specialized group needs within the population. The cultural visualization identifies the change readiness of groups and identifies specific directions for creating a more effective organization, including the impact on the workplace. The culture provides grip on the tone-of-voice in the communication about the changing elements in the workplace.

So what?

This module enables users to align resources with value. That creates more employee satisfaction but also has an effect on performance. With pre/post analysis it is possible to compare the results to see the effect of the transition. Furthermore with the ability to customize the items to your set of unique differentiators a data-driven Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is established. To make sure that transitions in the work environment it is of great help to know the culture and the cultural alignment. With this, you can manage the change and the communications around the change better and with greater effect. The cultural alignment also ties to the organization's success metrics.
