Context - Environment Support Model
The environment support model on the Context - Environment page show how various aspects of the environment of work are perceived and/or how they perform.
The first item is always the ‘overall-satisfaction’ of the work environment, regardless of the sort order.

The Axis
Horizontal axis: shows percentages divided in series of each category.
Vertical axis: shows the categories of this model
Categories
The categories starting below the top line shows environment items that were offered to the population so that they could weigh-in on their satisfaction (importance) of the support systems that help them perform their best work. This list shows:
Category groups
The categories are grouped. The grouping helps the visibility and readability of the model to show only specific groups or sort on the group level.
Bars / Series
Satisfaction model
The satisfaction model on the left side of the page shows the perception of the performance. The segments in the bar (series) represent the level of satisfaction for each category.
- Very unsatisfied
- Unsatisfied
- Neutral
- Satisfied
- Very Satisfied
Importance model
The importance model on the right side of the page shows the importance of each category. This is established implicitly by counting the frequency that each aspect is chosen as something that influences the perception. The length of the bar signifies the importance where longer means more important.
So what?
People are not always in control to change the provided service. WPA measures satisfaction to discover prioritization in appreciation for the resources and services provided and to see if there are elements influencing work where people are extraordinarily dissatisfied.
