Activity Module

The activity module of WorkNavigator Dashboard shows organizational behaviors. By visualizing the core activities and mobility patterns of a Population, you understand how it perceives work. It shows each population's unique and distinct work style, also termed its "Work DNA." It is named Activity because it is driven by what people actively do.

What it shows

This module has three models that capture the work behavior: 

  1. The work dynamic model shows what people do to get their work done, the activities that make up the core of work; the level of importance, time spent, level of complexity and level of collaboration
  2. The work activities model shows the value that the activities provide in quantity and quality.
  3. The mobility patterns model shows where work happens.

Why it matters

Reworc uncovers the work DNA of a population because it helps in the process of creating happy and healthy employees. This module fuels behavior-based design. If you want to create a workplace based on how people work, this is how Reworc determines that. By asking what they find most important to perform and how they perceive those activities, it is possible to indicate what they need instead of what they want. It's also evidence-based. The people provide this evidence about their work by participating in the digital interview. By making these patterns visual per team or group, you can see what these patterns mean and have discussions about it to make work better.

So what?

Reworc visualizes organizational behaviors. It makes it possible to talk about the human capital of organizations. It is useful for leadership on how to improve work and the workplace to support a more productive way of working. Different groups work in different ways. With the Activity module, you can easily understand employee needs.
