The Reworc WorkNavigator
One of the two applications of Reworc's employee effectiveness platform is WorkNavigator. It visualizes the information gathered in the "Digital Interview" and allows WorkNavigator users to analyze work.
Overview
All your projects in one overview. In a list view or grid view. Here you'll find the following population information:
- Client: Name of the organization that took the Reworc Digital Interview
- Partner: Name of the organization that guides the Client in using the Reworc platform.
- Population: Name of the interviewed population
- Description: Short description of the interviewed population
- Date: The date when the population was created in the WorkNavigator Manager, usually the timestamp of the export from the client's HR system.
- Response percentage: The average response percentage of the main 5 modules
- FTE: The total amount of Full-Time Equivalents in the population
- Headcount: The total number of people in the population
If you click on a tile (grid mode) or on a population title (list mode) you will open the clicked population in the dashboard view.
You can display the populations in a grid (default) or list view. They can also choose the display order, either "By last accessed", "Population name" or, "Creation date". You can also search for the name of a population using the search bar.
Population dashboard
The Population dashboard has three components:
- Navigation menu: You use the left-hand menu for navigating the Analysis view pages, which are grouped in Modules and contain the Models.
- Results view: This is the component that contains the (dynamic) visualizations of the various aspects of Work. These are documented in the pages in this help site section.
- The Header of the WIM (Work Information Model) visualizer shows meta-information about the current sub-selection of the Population. From left to right it shows FTE count, Employee Headcount, and Response percentage. In the Place module pages, the header also shows the Worksetting sharing ratio.
- Chart section: underneath each header, the work information is visualized using one or more optimized charts. Depending on the settings from the rights side panel, the entire population is shown, or a specific result from filtering and grouping one or more attributes and/or scenario groups.
- Right side panel: This is used to display one of the following three components:
- Attribute grouping & Filtering
- Scenario modeling
- Page settings
