Resetting your Reworc account password

We understand that resetting your password can be a bit scary. Don't worry, we are here to help you along! Let's get started on resetting your Reworc password together. Below we will take you through the processs with step-by-step instructions on how to do so. 

Step 1

Click Forgot Password? in the lower right corner of the login panel to reset your password. Here we will verify your email address first.

Step 2

Provide the same email address that receives the Reworc user emails in the form field & click the Send verification code button to send the verification code to your email.  The email will come from 'Microsoft on behalf of Reworc B2C' via Reworc Support <support@reworc.com>", with subject "Reworc B2C account email verification code". 

If you did not receive a verification code in your inbox:

Refresh your inbox and check the spam folder if your verification code did not arrive. Search for emails from "support@reworc.com." If it’s still not there, you can click the Send new code button.

Step 3

Copy & paste the verification code in the form field below and click the Verify code button. Your email address has now been verified. Click Continue to create a new password. 

Step 4

Provide the upper and lower form fields with your new password and click Continue to finish.

If your password doesn’t meet the requirements:

Choose a new password that does meet these requirements and check that both password fields are the same. Your new password should have 8-16 characters. Containing: 3 out of 4 of the following characteristics: lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9) and one (or more) of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .

Step 5

Congratulations! You are now able to sign in to the my.reworc portal again.
