Configuring the Value Network questions

To assess the interactions between different organizational entities, Reworc asks their participants to choose the 'teams' with which they frequently work and rank the value of these interactions and how you share information with each of these 'teams'. 

Organization entities will be shown as answer options in these questions. To fill the answer options with understandable relevant organizational entities. These entities are shown with two organizational levels. The Parent level (VNParent) and the child level (VNTeam). 

In the example below, we used VNParent 'Department' and VNTeam 'Team'. 

Remarks:

• VNParent will be displayed in bold before the colon, and the VNTeam what follows behind the colon.
• Every unique VNParent is separated with a line.

Best Practice 

Find two organizational levels where the unique combinations of 'VNParent: VNTeam' is between 20 and 70 entities.
Note: For large populations (larger than about ~1500 FTE) with a larger number of entities we can enable custom solutions that you can discuss with your customer success manager, to model this question accurately and effectively.
