The high-level SpacePro process

The five steps to creating an elaborate dynamic space program based on the real needs of an organization's behaviors are:

1. Start with a WorkNavigator population to assess the needs of an organization
2. Create a WorkNavigator scenario that identifies the major components of the space program (elements that can be identified in the resulting building such as teams, business units, divisions, floors, or similar)
3. Create a new Space program in SpacePro by selecting the WorkNavigator Population, the Scenario you want to program for,  and a template (one provided by Reworc, purchased, or one you made yourself).
4. Adjust the various settings, override generated spaces, and save different versions of your Space program until it is perfect.
5. Export a Space-program PDF to share with your client, export it to excel to kick-start the design process.
