Summarize your space program by different categories

There are often a large number of spaces in the SpacePro programs. Having only one long list of spaces is not really useful. Many times you will want to summarize the spaces by different kinds of categories. SpacePro uses Tag groups and Tags for this purpose.

SpacePro will automatically categorize space according to the Scenario Groups for generators that are configured for 'each group' or 'specific groups'.

This is how you can add your own categorizations by using the flexible tag system:

Step 1: Create Tag groups and Tags

Navigate to the compose menu and select "Tags".

Create a new Tag group, this is the type of category you will use to categorize space. Think Zones, Areas, Function, Type.

Inside each Tag group, you add the categories you will be using.

Step 2: Modify the generators

Navigate to the compose menu and select "Generators" or access them through the "Schematic" or "List" view.

Select the generator that produces the category of space you are interested in.

Navigate to the pull-down menu marked with the Tag group you created in step 1 and select the Tag that this space belongs to.

Step 3: Use the "Group by" menu

In the Schematic or List view, use the "Group by" menu to select one or more Tag groups to categorize the output. You can use multiple groups and they will be nested.
